Health Gymnastics
Tei Shin Go method contains the soft facet in Martial Arts health gymnastics.
The Activity combines techniques from Far East with Western aspects.
Martial Arts foundation is health - body, soul and high spirit, hence these
arts include techniques and exercises to strengthen and improve health and
body abilities.
The method is unique by the way it refines and brings us the soft part of Martial Arts exercises in order to improve our physical fitness and health.
The activity contains static practice (on floor) and dynamic practice (standing and motion exercises) so we can improve various fields: flexibility, joints
range, coordination, balance, correct motion and posture. Special attention is also given to breathing (respiration techniques), concentration and relaxation.
The activity is in correspondence to the individual.
The Far East approach provides high importance to the whole process, in other
words, the way things are done. The result is an outcome of the process, so the goal will be achieved if the way (the process) is correct.
