All of you have become an integrate part of the legendary Martial Arts heritage. It is your responsibility yet also a burden, as you should always proudly wear the technical, physical and spiritual values of Karate, once transmitted to you.

One must ensure that the values included in the practice of the Art of Karate will not decline, like the sunset following the night-darkness of the history. Remember what kind and how much of internal-external power you have developed, thanks to Karate.

Managing the stress will help you to successfully resist the pressures of our modern society. During years of training the art of Karate, it becomes part of your life. It shapes your mind and your body. You become stronger both physically and mentally.

Karate knowledge and practice is like a spring of clear, fresh water in a turbulent and fast changing polluted world. Is there a way to control and master these turbulences? Don't let this spring dry out!

Warriors will always be alone during a combat situation. A warrior should never forget that the fight is (as it was for our ancestors) an eternal life-struggle to survive. The battle itself is not just against a foe. It is foremost a struggle to transcend the daily problems of life, in order to forge ahead as a human being.

Never forget, that while we mourn the passing of many legendary masters, we should also recall that their spirit, their knowledge and their technical skill, will forever remain a part of us. Their legend, spirit and values firmly remain in all of us, for many the sunrises to come.

From the sorrow and darkness of losing the Great Masters one-by-one, there is still hope for the days to come .......if you accept to wear, with pride, their living spirit, technical and ethical heritage as well as their love and fascination for the art of Karate.

A successful warrior with internal self-control, high moral standard and humility will, like a lighthouse in the middle difficult and stormy sea of life, guide his disciples to safer and calmer waters.

The karateka is a warrior who provides leadership by example. Through internal control, high moral standards and humility, he becomes a lighthouse which guides and mentors the disciples on the difficult and stormy sea of life.

The direct bridge between today and the future of karate is your generation. Never forget your duties and your responsibilities. That is your faith and your destiny.
